摘 要:以石墨带为电极材料,研究了工作电压、进料流量和隔网厚度等工艺条件对电容法脱盐(CDI)性能的影响。结果表明:工作电压由0.8 V增加至2.0 V时,脱盐率和质量比吸附量先增加然后趋于稳定;进料流量由48 m L/min增加至238 m L/min时,脱盐率和质量比吸附量先增加后减小;隔网厚度由0增加至1.8 mm时,质量比吸附量先减小后增加。在电压1.6 V、进料流量142m L/min、隔网厚度1.8 mm时,CDI脱盐性能较好。在上述相同的工艺条件下,对CDI与膜电容法脱盐(MCDI)进行了对比研究。结果表明:在第1个循环的吸附阶段,MCDI脱盐率和电流效率分别比CDI增加了31.68%和36.16%;16 h循环吸脱附实验后,MCDI再生率为99.01%。表明MCDI比CDI具有更好的脱盐性能和再生性能。Graphite cloth was used as the electrode material in the capacitive deionization( CDI) cell.Effects of the technological conditions such as the operating voltage,the flow rate and the thickness of the spacer on the desalination performance of the CDI cell were discussed and analyzed. The results indicate that the desalination efficiency and the specific adsorption capacity both increase at first and then tend to be stable as the operating voltage increasing from 0. 8 V to 2. 0 V. Along with the increase of the flow rate from48 m L/min to 238 m L/min,the desalination efficiency and the specific adsorption capacity both increase firstly and then decrease. With the increase of the thickness of the spacer from 0 mm to 1. 8 mm,the current efficiency and the specific adsorption capacity reduce firstly and then increase. When the operating voltage is 1. 6 V,the flow rate is 142 m L/min and the thickness of the spacer is 1. 8 mm,the CDI cell has a better performance with the desalination efficiency of 54. 76%,the specific adsorption capacity of4. 29 mg/g and the current efficiency of 10. 89%. Under the same optimal technological conditions,thedesalination performances of the CDI cell and the membrane capacitive deionization( MCDI) cell were studied and compared after 16 h of multiple adsorption/desorption experiments. The experiment results show that during the adsorption stage of the first cycle,the specific adsorption capacity of MCDI is 1. 52 times of that of CDI. The desalination efficiency and the current efficiency of MCDI are about an increase of31. 68% and 36. 16% compared to CDI,respectively. After 16 h of cyclic test,MCDI cell has a regeneration rate of 99. 01%. It turns out that MCDI shows better desalination performance and recyclability than CDI.
