摘　　要：目的研究腰椎狭窄患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)水平与腰椎狭窄程度及腰椎功能的关系。方法选择2016年6月-2017年6月在本院治疗的腰椎狭窄的60例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采取腰椎静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中TNF-α、IL-1α水平,探讨其与患者腰椎狭窄程度及腰椎功能的关系。结果 TNF-α高水平、IL-1α高水平患者静息状态和活动状态下VAS评分均高于对应低水平的患者;TNF-α高水平、IL-1α高水平患者双节段、多节段的病变数均高于对应低水平的患者;TNF-α高水平、IL-1α高水平患者ODI指数均高于对应低水平的患者,而腰椎功能评分均低于对应低水平的患者,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎静脉内血清中TNF-α、IL-1α水平与患者下肢程度及腰椎功能密切相关。Objective To study the relationship of the serum TNF-α and IL-1α levels with the degree of lumbar stenosis and lumbar function in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods Sixty patients with treatment of lumbar stenosis were collected as the research objects during June 2016-June 2017 in our hospital. Lumbar venous blood was sampled from all patients for the detection of TNF-α,IL-1α levels by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,so as to investigate the relationship of TNF-α,IL-1α levels with the severity of lumbar stenosis and lumbar function. Results In patients with high levels of TNF-α and IL-1α,VAS scores at rest and active states were higher than those at low levels; in patients with high TNF-α and high IL-1α levels,the numbers of multi-segment lesions at single-segment,double-segment and multi-segment were higher than that in low-level patients; ODI index was higher in patients at high TNF-α and high IL-1α levels than that in low-level patients,and lumbar function scores were lower than those in low-level patients,with the above differences statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The levels of TNF-α and IL-1α in the lumbar vein serum are closely related to the degree of lower extremity and the function of lumbar vertebra.
