摘　　要：精神或者创作灵感对于艺术精神发展和作者权保护至关重要。精神或者灵感作为创作的内在动机,与经济激励的创作动机形成了鲜明对照,创作的内在动机包括挑战、个人实现或者创作对于作者具有特殊意义,"精神"或者"灵感"可以用来指作者与作品之间的特殊关系。"一开始,上帝创造了天和地"(《旧约》开始的一句简单话,不亚于革命性影响),《创世纪》体现了西方社会对创作的共同理解,与其他宗教和文化传统相比,犹太—基督传统对艺术精神和艺术创作的影响最为著名。Mental or creative inspiration for artistic spirit of development and protection of the right of the author is very important. Spirit or inspiration as the intrinsic motivation of creation,in sharp contrast with the economic incentive, intrinsic motivation of creation,including the challenge of personal realization or creation has special significance to the author,＂spirit ＂ or ＂inspiration ＂ can be used to refer to the special relationship between the author and the works. Compared with other religious and cultural traditions,the Judeo-Christian tradition influence on art spirit and the artistic creation is the most well-known.
