摘　　要：地方农业高校在实施乡村振兴战略中,承担着人才培养、科技支撑和社会服务的重要责任和时代使命,必须着力推进教育现代化,坚持以学科为纲、以人才为基、以文化为魂,提升办学质量;坚持立德树人,深化人才培养机制改革;坚持协同创新,深化科学研究领域改革;坚持服务发展,深化社会服务机制改革,提升人才培养质量,提高农业科技创新能力,服务"三农",为实施乡村振兴战略,推进农业现代化提供重要的科技和人才保证。Local agricultural colleges and universities in the implementation of rural rejuvenation strategy, bear the important responsibility and the mission of the times for talent cultivation, science and technology support and social services, we must focus on promoting education modernization, adhere to the discipline as the basis, talent-based, culture as the soul, to enhance Quality of education; adhering to talent development, deepening the reform of the personnel training mechanism; adhering to collaborative innovation, deepening the reform of the scientific research field;adhering to service development, deepening the reform of social service mechanisms, upgrading the quality of personnel training, and improving the ability of agricultural science and technology innovation to serve the ＂three rural issues We will provide important science and technology and human resources guarantees for the implementation of the strategy of village rejuvenation and the promotion of agricultural modernization. ＂
