引导大学生合理使用校园网的对策研究——以沈阳农业大学为例

摘　　要：当代社会互联网技术发展迅猛,信息化正在逐步渗透到教育的各个领域。其中,最具代表性的无疑是集中了目前现代教育技术中最重要、最前沿的多媒体技术和信息高速公路技术的校园网系统。然而,作为中国网民中占比最多的大学生,在通过校园网途径使用互联网的过程中,却存在网络舆情缺少导向、校园网使用常识缺乏、学习与娱乐找不到平衡点等问题,大学生自身应提高自制能力和辨别能力,学校相关部门也应采取优化管理机制把好舆情导向、拓宽宣传渠道多方位实现联动化、增强文化建设打造网络大学等措施引导大学生合理使用校园网。With the fast development of Internet in the contemporary society, informatization is gradually permeated various fields of education. There is no doubt that the system of campus network is the most representative of modern education technology, bringing multimedia technology and information highway technologies which are both the mostimportant and forefront thing. But at the same time, collage students who account for most among netizens in China , face some problems like lack of guidance for network public opinion , the shortage of campus network＇ s common sense and failing to find the balance between study and entertainment. While students improve their ability to controlthemselves and identify information, what measures should the Department take to guide those young people？ Taking my school＇ s College Students net Information Center as an example, which belongs to Network management department. Thisarticle is meant to put forward some policy recommendations for reference.
