骨科中药洗剂配合针灸治疗肩周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察骨科中药洗剂配合针灸治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法：选取于黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院骨伤四科门诊就诊的62例确诊为肩周炎的患者,随机分成两组,其中包括治疗组（31例）及对照组（31例）。治疗组以骨科中药洗剂为主,配合针刺肩前、肩髃、肩后三穴治疗;对照组单纯以针刺肩前、肩髃、肩后三穴治疗。治疗共包含3个疗程,其中每个疗程7 d,观察两组治疗后的疗效。结果：治疗组的有效率约为87.1%,对照组的有效率约为70.97%;两组患者经治疗后的疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：骨科中药洗剂结合针灸治疗肩周炎能够明显的改善患者的临床症状。Objective：To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine lotion in the orthopedics department with acupuncture and moxibustion on scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods：Selected 62 patients with maken a definite diagnosis of periarthritis of shoulder from first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the fourth orthopedics department outpatient service,randomly divided into two groups,including the treatment group（31 cases）and control group（31 cases）. The treatment group was given orthopedics department Chinese medicine lotion with acupuncture Jianqian,Jianyu,Jianhou three acupuncture points treatment;the control group only included acupuncture Jianqian,Jianyu,Jianhou three acupuncture points treatment. The treatment consisted of three courses,each of which were treated for 7 days and observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was approximately 87.1%,and the applicable rate of the control group was 70.97%. After treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with acupuncture and moxibustion in the orthopedics department can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
