摘 要:目的:探讨五子衍宗方及其拆方对糖尿病(DM)性勃起功能障碍(ED)的作用及机制。方法:取100只SD雄性大鼠,随机选取10只作为正常对照组,余90只以链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立DM大鼠模型,然后以阿朴吗啡(APO)阴茎勃起实验筛选DM性ED大鼠模型。将成模大鼠随机分为模型组、涩精组、补肾组以及全方组,涩精组、补肾组、全方组分别灌服拆方I组药液(0.23 g/kg)、拆方II组药液(0.85 g/kg)、全方组药液(1.08 g/kg),正常对照组与模型组分别灌服等体积蒸馏水,连续30 d。灌胃结束后,观察各组大鼠血糖、精子相对计数以及睾丸组织病变变化;酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测外周血中睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡素(FSH)的含量。结果:与模型组比较,涩精组、补肾组、全方组的血糖显著降低(P〈0.01),精子相对计数显著增高(P〈0.01),睾丸组织学观察改善,T含量显著增加(P〈0.01),而LH、FSH含量无明显差异(P〉0.05);与涩精组比较,补肾组、全方组的血糖较低(P〈0.05),但补肾组的精子相对计数与睾酮无明显差异(P〉0.05),而全方组的精子相对计数与睾酮则要明显增高(P〈0.01)。结论:五子衍宗方能明显改善糖尿病性勃起功能障碍,其机制可能与降低血糖、改善睾丸组织病变以及升高睾酮水平有关。Objective:To investigate the effect and the mechanism of Wuzi Yanzong Decoction and its disassembled formulae for treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction. Methods:One hundred male Spraguedwaley rats were used for the experiment. Ten of them were randomly selected for the nomal control group(NC). The other ninety rats were injected with streptozotozin(STZ)for estabilishment of diabetes mellitus(DM)model,and then penis erectile experimengt of apomorphine(APO)was used to select erectile dysfunction(ED)rats,which were divided into four groups:the model control group(MC),the nocturnal emission-stopping group(NES),kidney-tonifying group(KT)and the whole recipe group(WR). All rats were fed with the corresponding medicinal liquid:the disassembly I group(0.23 g/kg)to the NES group,the disassembly II group(0.85 g/kg)to the KT group,the Wuzi Yanzong recipe group(1.08 g/kg)to the WR group and the distilled water to the NC and MC group. After drug treatment for thirty days,the blood sugar,cauda epididymis sperm count,the pathological changes of testicular tissue were investigated. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the contents of testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in peripheral blood. Results:Compared with the MC group,the blood sugar in the NES,KT and WR group was significantly lower(P〈0.01),the cauda epididymis sperm count was significantly higher(P〈0.01),pathological changes of the testicular tissue was improved and the level of T was significantly higher(P〈0.01). But There was no significant difference in the content of LH and FSH(P〉0.05). Compared with the NES group,the blood sugar was lower in the KT and WR group(P〈0.05),the cauda epididymis sperm count and the level of T have no significant difference in KT group(P〉0.05),while the cauda epididymis sperm count and the level of T in WR group were significantly higher(P〈0.01).
