水调散治疗骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓性肿胀疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨采用水调散外敷对下肢骨折术后引起下肢深静脉血栓性肿胀患者的疗效及护理方案措施。方法：收集因下肢骨折入我院治疗,接受手术切开复位内固定患者疑似发生下肢深静脉血栓146例,随机分为对照组和试验组,其中两组均给予骨科下肢术后深静脉血栓预防性护理干预,包括一般护理、心理疏导、围手术期功能锻炼及体位护理,在此基础上对照组采用硫酸镁湿敷外敷,试验组采用水调散外敷。观察两组治疗后肿胀程度的恢复情况。结果：试验组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：水调散外敷并配合下肢深静脉血栓预防性护理干预,能够有效改善或预防因骨折术后所致下肢深静脉血栓性肿胀。Objective：To investigate the effect of external application of Shuitiao San on postoperative thrombosis of lower limb deep vein thrombosis and the nursing measures. Methods：For lower limb fracture in our hospital underwent surgical treatment,open reduction and internal fixation in patients with suspected lower extremity deep venous thrombosis occurred in 146 cases,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the two groups were given department of orthopedics after surgery of lower limbs deep vein thrombosis prevention and nursing intervention,including general nursing,psychological counseling,function during perioperative period exercise and posture nursing,on the basis of the control group using Magnesium Sulfate wet external and test group using Shuitiao San. The swelling degree of the two groups after treatment was observed. Results：The clinical effect of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion：It can effectively improve or prevent the deep venous thrombosis due to fracture after operation by external application of Shuitiao San and preventive nursing intervention of deep vein thrombosis.
