摘　　要：分析了莱钢宽厚板轧机EGC压下制动器存在的问题,制定了改进措施,同时,针对高额的备件采购费用,进行国产化替代。不仅提高了设备稳定性,也降低了设备维护成本。This paper focused on the analysis of the problems existing in the EGC press brake of the heavy plate mill in Laiwu Iron and Steel Works,and made some improvement measures. At the same time,domestic substitution was made for the high cost of spare parts purchasing. Not only improving the stability of equipment,but also reduces the cost of equipment maintenance.
