农户贷款后消费中的道德风险研究——基于行为经济学的视角

摘　　要：本文基于行为经济学构建理论框架并使用PSM-DID模型进行实证分析,考察了正规与非正规信贷对农民进行不同消费层级的过度消费的影响,以此来探究农户贷款后消费的道德风险行为,并分析其行为逻辑。研究得出:(1)农户总体上存在贷款后过度消费的道德风险,正规贷款相比非正规贷款更甚。(2)在还款风险较高时,贷款对于生存型过度消费的促进更加明显,此时二元金融渠道的农户行为相似,验证了前景理论中的人在面对损失时呈现风险追逐的现象在农户道德风险中存在。(3)对消费层次的分析表明农户借款后以满足生存型消费为优先,享受型消费可能会被抑制,说明农户贷款后的心理账户划分随消费层级而变化,反映出了农户不健全的信用意识。Based on behavioral economics, this paper constructs theoretical framework and uses PSM-DID model to carry on the empirical analysis. It investigates excessive consumption at different hierarchies in order to the influence of formal and informal credit on farmers ＂ reflect the moral risk behaviors of the their consumption after credit and analyze their behavioral logic. The study concludes that： （1） There exists moral hazard of farmers ＂ excessive consumption after credit in general and famers in formal debt are more likely to consume excessively compared with the ones in imformal debt. （2） The higher who are in default risk, the more who are inclined to increase their survival consumption, which appears alike in farmers in both formal and informal debt. So it is proved that the phenomenon mentioned in the prospect theory that people turns to risk seeking when facing lose exists in the moral hazard of famers. （3） The analysis of hierarchy of consumption shows that famers after credit regard meeting survival consumption as a priority and the enjoyment consumption may be suppressed, showing that the psychological account division after farmers ＂ credit changes with the hierarchy of consumption and they have incomplete credit consciousness.
