摘  要:采用过量浸渍法制备了活性炭负载磷钨酸催化剂,在固定床反应器上考察其催化环氧乙烷合成1,4-二氧六环性能,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、氮气物理吸附(BET)、氨气程序升温脱附(NH_3-TPD)等技术对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:磷钨酸负载质量分数为30%时,在活性炭表面呈现最大分散,磷钨杂多阴离子与活性炭微晶强相互作用,试样比表面积为376m^2/g,孔容0.085mL/g,催化剂酸量最大。性能测试显示,在常压,气体体积空速1 200h^(-1)与反应温度70℃条件下,环氧乙烷转化率100%,产物1,4-二氧六环选择性为86.2%;催化剂连续使用180h,环氧乙烷转化率与二氧六环选择性没有明显变化,催化剂性能稳定。The catalyst phosphotungstic acid was prepared by excess impregnation method and the catalytic performance was test by synthesis of dioxane using oxiane in fixed-bed reactor.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),nitrogen physical adsorption(BET),ammonia temperature programmed desorption(NH3-TPD).The result showed when PW weight percentage was30%,PW expressed the largest dispersion on the surface of activated carbon andPhosphotungstenheteropolyanion interacted with activated carbon microcrystal. Thecatalyst show specific surface area376 m^2/g and pore volume 0.085 mL/g and the most NH3-TPD acid amount.The test of catalytic performance present the optimal operation conditions wereatmospheric pressure,reaction temperature 70℃ and gaseous hourly space velocity of 1 200.0 h^-1 and the conversion of oxirane 100.0%,selectivity of 1,4-dioxane 86.2%.When the catalyst was continuous used 180 h,conversion of oxiraneand selectivity of dioxane did not change notably,which show good stability forcatalyst.
