2,6-二羟基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯的合成及其与钯(Ⅱ)的显色反应的研究

摘  要:本文新近合成了新显色剂2,6-二羟基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯,同时研究了这种试剂的物理性质和化学性质,以及探究了它与金属钯(Ⅱ)的显色条件和分析性能.在表面活性剂存在下,在缓冲溶液硼砂-氢氧化钠PH=7.3介质中,新合成的试剂2,6-二羟基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与金属钯(Ⅱ)形成摩尔比为1∶1型稳定的红色配位化合物,此配合物的λmax=532 nm,ε=4.95×105L·mol-1·cm-1.钯(Ⅱ)的含量在0~2.0μg/m L此浓度范围内,服从郎伯-比尔定律.This paper introduces the synthesis of the new triazene reagent 2,6-Dihydroxypheny Ldiazoaminoazobenzexe and its physical and chemical property as well. Furthermore,it studies the color reaction of this reagent with palladi( Ⅱ). Results show that the stable and red complex appears in the p H7. 3 buffer solution of Na2B4O7-Na OH in the presence of Triton X-100. The maximum absorptions of the reagent and the complex are at 386 nm and 532 nm. The molar absorptivity is 4. 95 × 105 L·mol-1· cm-1. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 2. 0 μg/m L for palladi( Ⅱ). The proposed method has been used for the determination of palladi( Ⅱ) with satisfactory results.
