藏药如意珍宝丸对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨藏药如意珍宝丸对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:以肾上腺素联合冰水游泳法复制大鼠血瘀模型,观察藏药如意珍宝丸对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果:藏药如意珍宝丸可明显降低急性血瘀模型大鼠血液中切变率黏度值、低切变率黏度值、血浆黏度值、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积值、纤维蛋白原含量。结论:藏药如意珍宝丸对降低红细胞压积值的作用较为突出,说明其活血化瘀功能的表达与改变血液流变学状态密切相关。Objective： To study the effect of Tibetan medicine Ruyi Zhenbao Pius on hemorheology in acute blood stasis model rats. Methods： The model of blood stasis was induced by epinephrine combined with ice-water swimming,and the effect of Tibetan medicine Ruyi Zhenbao on the hemorheology in rats with acute blood stasis was observed. Results：Tibetan medicine Ruyi Zhenbao Pills could obviously reduce the shear viscosity,low shear rate viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,hematocrit value,fibrinogen content. Conclusion： Tibetan medicine Ruyi Zhenbao Pills on the role of reducing the value of hematocrit is more prominent,indicating that the expression of blood circulation is closely related to the change of blood rheology.
