摘　　要：目的:基于广东省中医院慢性疾病管理门诊,应用因子分析法深入研究广东地区强直性脊柱炎的证候分型特点,为临床辨证论治提供科学基础。方法:收集广东地区共306例强直性脊柱炎患者的中医临床四诊信息,因子分析采用主成分因子提取法,并对因子负荷进行正交方差极大旋转。结果:在提取的30个公因子中,其中12个具有代表性的公因子能对应强直性脊柱炎肾虚督寒证、督寒脾湿证及肾督痰瘀证3个中医临床常见证候。结论:运用因子分析法能在一定程度上概括广东地区强直性脊柱炎的中医常见证型特点。Objective： This study was to conducted to investigate the features of syndrome type of Ankylosing spondylitis in Guangdong province of China by using the factor analysis,thereby providing the objective basis for clinical syndrome differentiation. Methods： The four diagnostic information for 306 cases of patients with ankylosing spondylitis in Guangdong province of China were collected and subsequently analyzed by using the factor analysis method,and the factor load orthogonal to the maximum variance of rotation. Results： Among the 30 common factors extracted,12 of them were representative of the common sypdromes of the ankylosing spondylitis,such as Du meridian cold and kidney deficiency type,Du Meridran Cold and Spleen dampness type,kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type. Conclusion： The factor analysis is a good tool for analyzing the features of syndrome type of ankylosing spondylitis in Guangdong province of China.
