基于数据挖掘探析《外科正宗·肿疡主治方》用药规律

摘　　要：目的:采用数据挖掘技术分析《外科正宗·肿疡主治方》中药物的使用规律,探讨陈实功治疗肿疡的用药特点及其治疗肿疡病的学术思想。方法:基于Excel统计《外科正宗·肿疡主治方》使用的所有药物并建立数据库,对数据库中的数据进行标准化处理后继以频数分析和关联规则分析。结果:肿疡主治方共32首,方中药物共计126味,其出现频次在3次以上的有28味,如甘草、当归、白芷、黄芪、川芎、白芍、人参、乳香、陈皮、金银花、大黄、皂角刺、茯苓、姜、没药、羌活、穿山甲、雄黄、连翘、天花粉、轻粉、白术、木香、朱砂、独活、黄芩、防风、赤芍,且肿疡方中常用药对功用多以补益中州、建护脾土为主。结论:体现了陈实功"治疮全赖脾土"的学术思想。Objective： To use the data mining technique to analyze the regularity of the use of drugs in Orthodox Manual of External Medicine. Methods： All the drugs,which were used in Orthodox Manual of External Medicine,were collected,and the database was established. The data in the database were standardized and analyzed by frequency analysis and association rules. Results： There are 32 prescriptions and 126 drugs were used,among which 28 drugs were appeared more than 3 times,such as Glycyrrhiza,Angelica Sinensis,Angelica,Astragalus,etc. The book describes the commonly used effect of the drug is mainly tonify and replenish the spleen. Conclusion： It reflects the academic thought＂Treatment of sore must be treated spleen＂of Chen Shi-gong.
