摘　　要：当前,现代化的教育教学理念已逐渐深入到我国各高校的教育教学工作当中,使之我国的高校教育教学理念发生了重大改变。习近平总书记的十九大报告中指出了诸多新理念,受十九大新时代教育教学观念的影响,国家及社会各界人事逐渐提高了对高校学生工作创新的重视。本文先是对新时期创新高校学生工作的时代背景及其重要性进行了详细分析,并对新时期高校学生工作创新面临的问题及其解决策略展开了深度探讨。此次探讨的主要目的是为了创新我国各高校的学生管理工作,使我国各高校的学生管理工作能够适应新时期的发展。At present, the concept of modem education has gradually deepened into the education and teaching work of all colleges and universities in China, which has made a major change in the concept of university education and teaching in China. General Secretary Xi Jinping＇s 19th Congress report pointed out many new ideas. Influenced by the concept of education and teaching in the Nineteenth New Era, personnel from the country and all walks of life gradually increased their attention to in- novation in student work in universities. This paper firstly analyzes the background and importance of the innovative college student work in the new period, and discusses in depth the problems faced by college student work innovation in the new era and their solutions. The main purPose of this discussion is to innovate student management work in various universities and colleges in China, so that the management of students in various universities and colleges in China can adapt to the develop- ment of the new period.
