摘　　要：中共十九大报告为新时期大陆对台工作指明了方向,对两岸关系和平发展将产生重大而深远的影响。要从新时代新的历史方位,全面系统地理解十九大精神,准确把握一个中国原则的底线思维和"两岸一家亲"的丰富内涵,扩大两岸经济文化交流,增进两岸同胞福祉,推进两岸关系和平发展进程。Setting out the direction for the Chinese mainland＇s policy toward Taiwan in the new era, Xi Jinping＇s report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） will have lasting and profound effect on the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations. We must grasp the spirits of the 19th National Congress from a new and comprehensive perspective, and hold on to the bottom-line thinking on the ＂one-China＂ principle and the notion of ＂One Family Shared by Both Sides across the Taiwan Strait,＂ while taking efforts to expand cultural and economic exchange as well as the common interest of both sides across the Taiwan Strait, so as to keep promoting the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations.
