摘 要:多能互补、集成优化运行的综合能源园区作为耦合多种能源网络的底层终端,研究其市场运营机制对综合能源系统的发展和可再生能源的消纳具有重要意义。首先建立了包含能源运营商、含分布式光伏的用户、电动汽车充电代理商的综合能源园区模型,提出了以能源运营商为市场主导方的市场交易框架;其次,分析并建立了具有不同属性的三类市场交易主体参与的、各方理性追求自身利益最大化的非合作博弈模型;最后,以某商务型园区冬季典型日场景为例,对所提出的博弈模型进行了求解。仿真结果表明,博弈均衡时,能源运营商向其余两方供能,可以获得一定的收益;含分布式光伏的用户参与市场竞争,通过余量光伏上网售卖能够增加自身的光伏资源利用率,降低自身用能成本;电动汽车代理商选比各方报价并制定自身充电策略,能够降低自身充电费用并协助用户消纳多余的光伏资源,同时减少了用电早高峰时段对配电网的负荷需求。As the underlying terminal of multi-energy system,integrated community energy system(ICES)is featured with multi-energy complementary and integrated optimization operation.It is important to study its market operation mechanism for the development of integrated energy system and the consumption of renewable energy.Firstly,a model of ICES is established,including energy operator,user with distributed photovoltaic(PV)and electric vehicle(EV)charging agent.A trading mechanism in ICES is also proposed,in which the energy operator is the market leader.Secondly,a tripartite non-cooperative game is proposed,in which the three types of market entities rationally pursuit their own maximized interests.Finally,the proposed game model is solved in a typical winter scenario of the business ICES.Results demonstrate that the energy operator can get a certain profit by selling energy to the others.User with distributed PV participating in the market competition is able to increase the utilization of PV resource and reduce the cost of energy consumption by selling its remaining PV resource.By choosing the bids of other market entities and setting the best charging strategy,EV charging agent can not only reduce the cost of energy consumption,but also help users to consume the excessive PV power and reduce the peak load of distribution network in early peak hours.
