摘 要:轨道交通地下车站侧墙中温度开裂是其最主要的开裂形式,主要是由于结构温升高,且拆模后快速的降温造成收缩开裂。基于此,在混凝土中掺入HME-V混凝土(温控、防渗)高效抗裂剂,该抗裂剂能够降低水泥水化速率,进而降低混凝土结构温升及温度开裂风险;并且抗裂剂自身膨胀组分水化产生膨胀,进一步补偿混凝土自收缩及后期温度收缩。HME-V混凝土(温控、防渗)高效抗裂剂在徐州轨道交通2号线市政府站中得到了成功的应用,全站侧墙中未见任何贯穿性裂缝。The thermal cracks were most commonly observed in sidewall of subway underground structure. The cracks mainly resulted from the dominant thermal shrinkage for the high temperature rise and fast temperature drop of concrete structure after demoulding. The HME-V concrete anti-crack agent was introduced into concrete,which could decrease the rate of cement hydration during acceleration stage and thus reduce the temperature rise and thermal shrinkage of concrete. The HME-V concrete anticrack agent also contained expansive agent, which could produce remarkable and effective expansion to compensate the autogeuous shrinkage and temperature shrinkage at later stage. By application of HME-V (temperature control and anti-seepage),no visible crack was found in sidewall of Xuzhou subway line 2(Shi Zhengfu station).
