摘  要:对不同沥青及沥青改性剂制备的高粘度改性沥青进行剪切速率扫描、温度扫描、频率扫描和应变扫描,并对其流变性能进行对比分析。结果表明:采用自制高粘度改性剂制备的改性沥青在零剪切粘度和高低温性能上有较大优势;采用SBS改性沥青替换基质沥青制备的高粘度改性沥青不仅可以降低改性剂掺量,而且低温性能更好;通过车辙因子随路面温度、行车速度和荷载等的变化关系,可以根据路面服役情况有针对性地选择合适的改性沥青。A series of high-viscosity modified asphalts were prepared by different asphalt and asphalt modifier. Through the scanning of shear rate,temperature,frequency and strain,the rheological behaviors of modified asphalts were studied. The results show that the modified asphalt prepared by self-developed high viscosity modifier has a great advantage in zero-shear viscosity and high-and-low temperature performance. In addition,the high-viscosity asphalt prepared by SBS asphalt can not only decrease the dosage but also enhance the low-temperature performance. According to the relationship of rutting factor varied with temperature, speed and load,which can provide guidance to choose the suitable modified asphalt based on the pavement service condition.
