摘  要:通过慢应变速率试验(SSRT),结合能谱分析(EDS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察等手段,研究了超级13Cr不锈钢油管在三种油田常用磷酸盐完井液中的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)敏感性。结果表明:超级13Cr不锈钢油管在120℃、三种磷酸盐完井液环境中均存在一定程度的SCC敏感性,且其在三种磷酸盐完井液中的腐蚀程度由弱到强依次为1号磷酸盐完井液<2号磷酸盐完井液<3号磷酸盐完井液。材料SCC敏感性的增加源于材料腐蚀的加剧和断裂韧性的下降。Slow strain rate test (SSRT) combined with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observations were used to study the stress corrosion cracking (SCC) susceptibility of super 13Cr stainless steel tubing in three different phosphate well completion fluids commonly used in the field. The results show that the SCC sensitivity of the super 13Cr stainless steel tubing existed in all three phosphate completion fluid environments at 120 ℃. And the degrees of corrosion in the three phosphate completion fluids from weak to strong were as follows: No. 1 phosphate completion fluid 〈 No. 2 phosphate completion fluid 〈 No. 3 phosphate completion fluid. The increase in the SCC sensitivity of the material was due to the damage of corrosion and the decline of fracture toughness.
