摘 要:传统的医疗纠纷解决模式已无法满足当前医疗纠纷的处理要求,第三方调解机制由于其特有的优势目前在我国一些省市医疗机构已开始实施且形成了各自的创新模式。本研究通过实地调研福建、浙江两省第三方调解机制,进行横向对比分析,对甘肃医疗纠纷调处现状及存在的问题进行探讨并提出改进策略,以求开拓工作思路并维护好医患双方合法权益。Traditional medical dispute resolution model has been unable to meet the requirements of current medical dis- putes. The third -party mediation mechanism, due to its unique advantages, has already implemented in .some cities and prov- inces and formed their own innovative model. After the field survey in Fujian and Zhejiang provinces and the comparative analysis of present situation and existing problems of medical dispute mediation mechanism in Gansu province, the relevant optimization strategy for medical disputes were proposed in order to open up ideas for work and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients.
