摘 要:提高坯体强度是日用陶瓷减薄轻量化的重要环节。本文分析和研究了不同陶瓷坯体增强剂对陶瓷泥浆流动性、生坯强度以及烧成强度和其他物理性能的影响,并成功利用料浆发泡和注浆成型技术,制备出轻质微孔陶瓷。研究发现,添加坯体增强剂可有效改善坯体因料浆发泡引起的强度降低的问题;在添加0.8‰发泡剂、0.1wt%羧甲基纤维素(CMC)增强剂的情况下,其生坯抗弯强度与未添加发泡的试样无基本相当、烧成试样的体积密度降低20%、其抗折强度仍可达28 MPa以上。该研究有望为日用陶瓷在减薄轻质化和节能减排生产技术的进一步开发提供新的技术路线。Improving the strength of ceramic green body is an important part for thinning and light weight domestic ceramics. Effects of various reinforcing agents on the slurry fluidity,strength of green body and ceramic samples as well as other physical properties were discussed and the lightweight micro-porous ceramics were successfully prepared using slurry foaming and slip casting technologies here. It is shown that adding ceramic body reinforcing agent could improve effectively their mechanical properties; When 0.8‰ foaming agent and 0.1 wt% carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) enhancer were mixed in the slurry, no obvious difference in the flexural strength of green body was found when compared with that without the foaming agent, and the bulk density of the ceramic sample gave a decrease of 20%, and its flexural strength was still more than 28 MPa. This study is expected to provide a new technical route for further developing lightweight domestic ceramics and energy conservation technologies.
