四川省无偿献血的现状分析与思考

摘　　要：目的通过数据的整理和分析,了解四川省无偿献血工作的现状,并与全国总体情况进行对比,找出目前工作的薄弱点,并提出建议。方法围绕2016年四川省献血量,献血人次,千人口献血率、400 mL献血者比例等指标,及献血人群的性别、年龄、职业及文化程度等特征展开分析,并与上年度四川省数据和全国同期数据作对比。结果四川省无偿献血呈上升趋势,但区域发展严重不平衡;46—55岁年龄段献血者增福较大,献血人群有年龄老化的趋势;献血人群中学生、工人的献血比例低,献血主力为中低教育程度者。结论因地制宜,着力解决区域发展不平衡问题;精准识别潜在献血人群,以明确学生、工人、18—35岁群体为重点人群,加强宣传招募工作;丰富宣传手段,营造良好氛围。Objective This study aims to evaluate the current situation of the voluntary blood donation in Sichuan province. We compared our results with the nation-wide status to point out potential weaknesses and corresponding suggestion were made. Methods Data analysis was performed on the donation statistics of 2016,focusing on the volume of donated blood,donation counts,donation rate per thousand,the proportion of 400 mL donations. Gender,age,occupation and educational background of the donors were also analyzed. Our results were compared with the data of the previous year of Sichuan province and the nation-wide data of the same period as well. Results Voluntary blood donation in Sichuan kept thriving. However,the regional development conditions were quite unbalanced. Blood donors of 46-to-55-year age increased greatly,indicating potential population aging risks. Students and workers account for a very limited portion of the entire population. Donors with lower education background were the majority group of all donor classes. Conclusion regional-specific adjustments ought to be made to improve the current unbalanced donation status; Potential donors need to be recruited via accurate approaches. Students,workers and people aged between 18 and 35 are the key groups. Various media tools ought to be applied to convey an improved donation social atmosphere.
