探讨火电厂热力设备的化学清洗

摘　　要：化学清洗是现阶段应用较为广泛的一种清洗方式,同时它也是火电厂化学管理与监督工作的一项重要内容。通过进行新建机组启动前的清洗以及正常运行机组的清洗工作,可以极大地提升机组运行的安全性与经济性。文章对影响化学清洗工作的因素以及清洗的工艺方法进行了探讨,并进一步研究了火电厂热力设备化学清洗工艺的选择。Chemical cleaning is a widely used cleaning method at the present stage. It is also an important part of chemical management and supervision in thermal power plants. The safety and economy of the unit can be greatly improved by cleaning the start-up of the new unit and cleaning the normal operation unit. This paper discussed the factors affecting the chemical cleaning and the process of cleaning, and further studied the selection of the chemical cleaning process of thermal equipment in thermal power plant.
