摘 要:考虑由单个制造商和单个零售商组成的两级闭环供应链系统。利用线性加性不确定性描述市场随机需求的条件下,研究制造商同时生产新产品和再制造产品,并对两种产品提供担保政策的模型。分析制造商的担保水平对产品的市场需求的影响,运用Stackelberg博弈原理讨论闭环供应链节点企业的决策问题,分别给出集中决策和分散决策下制造商的最优担保力度和零售商销售初期的最优订货量。在传统回购契约的基础上提出了回购担保费用共享契约实现闭环供应链系统的协调问题,最后通过数值算例对模型进行了论证。The two-echelon closed-loop supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer are taken into consideration. The manufacturer provides a certain degree of product warranty for new products and remanufactured products under uncertain demand. First, the impact of product warranty on market demand is analyzed. Then by using game theory, the decision problem faced by the node enterprises in the closed-loop supply chain is also researched. The optimal product warranty level and the order quantity in the early stage of sales under the two settings of centralized model and decentralized model are presented respectively. To coordinate the closed-loop supply chain, a buy-back and warranty expense sharing contract is introduced. Finally, the numerical example is used to illustrate the model.
