摘　　要：大数据时代具有海量数据、多主体整合、深度定制化等管理特征。在大数据时代下,高校毕业生就业信息管理也面临着新技术和新问题的挑战。本文在介绍了大数据时代特征以及目前就业困境之后,对于以往国内研究结果进行文献综述。通过吉林大学和华中科技大学把大数据运用到高校毕业生就业信息管理中的比较研究,结合南开大学在相关领域的发展现状,给出一般性的大数据时代下高校就业信息管理的理论模型。There are the management characteristics of massive data, multi-agent integration, depth customization and so on in the era of big data.
