摘　　要：近年来城镇化建设驱动的村庄拆并潮流,带来社区形态与家庭结构的深刻变迁。基于家庭人力资本、经济资本、社会资本指标体系,构建家庭发展综合指数,能够评估转型社区家庭发展状况。研究发现,转型社区家庭经济增长乏力,社会资本急剧削弱,社区归属感和整合度降低。新型城镇化发展规划提出以"人的城镇化"为核心的内涵式发展策略,促进经济与社会的均衡发展。要积极构建家庭发展政策体系,增强家庭发展能力,以提升转型社区居民的生活满意度,增进社区社会管理的效能,应对社区急剧转型对家庭带来的冲击和影响。In recent years,urbanization has brought about rapid disappearance and merger of villages,producing profound changes in community forms and family structure. To measure the household development status in the peasant-to-citizen transformational communities,a composite index system should be constructed on the basis of the indicator systems of human capital,economic capital and social capital. Research on transformational communities has found weak household income growth,greatly reduced social capital,weakened sense of community belonging and lowered integration. The development planning for the New Urbanization has taken ＂people-oriented urbanization＂as the core of the development strategy in order to promote the balanced development between economy and society. To cushion the impact of the rapidly transforming community on family,we need to build up the policy system for household development,strengthen household capacity for development,enhance the community members＇ satisfaction with their life and raise the community＇ s efficiency in social management.
