摘  要:以铂-银/氯化银电极为染色电极,碳酸钠为固色碱剂,阳极区为染色区,在外加电压下采用活性艳蓝KN-R、活性紫KN-4R、活性红KN-BS和活性翠蓝KN-G对棉织物进行电化学无盐/低盐染色。试验结果表明,4只染料的最佳染色电压分别为6 V、7 V、8 V和7 V,染色温度分别为30℃、30℃、35℃和30℃,染色时间分别为35 min、30 min、35 min和35 min,最佳固色时间均为50 min。与传统有盐染色工艺相比,新工艺染色棉织物的K/S值有所提升,色牢度基本相当,织物断裂强力改善,染料残液COD显著降低。Using platinum-silver/silver chloride as dyeing electrode, sodium carbonate as color fixing alka- line agent and positive column as dyeing region, electrochemical salt-free/low-salt dyeing of cotton fab- rics with Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R, Reactive Purple KN-4R, Reactive Red KN-BS or Reactive Tur- quoise Blue KN-G is carried out. The result shows that the optimal dyeing conditions for above men- tioned four KN type dyes are voltage 6 V, 7 V, 8 V and ? V respectively, dyeing temperature 30 ℃, 30 ℃, 35 ℃ and 30 ℃ respectively, dyeing time 35 min, 30 min, 35 min and 35 min respectively, and fixa- tion time ,50 min. Compared with the traditional salt-containing dyeing process, the K/S values of cotton fabrics dyed with new process are improved, the color fastnesses are basically the same, the breaking strength is improved and the COD value of dye residue is decreased significantly.
