摘  要:分析了棉筒子纱内外层色差的原因,并结合检测仪器定量分析纱线上固色剂和有机硅油含量吸附的均匀性,指出有机硅改性长链烷烃蜡由于吸附不均匀,色变大,熔点低等缺陷,是造成棉筒子纱内外层色差的主要原因。在实际生产中,可根据生产需要选择吸附性均匀,对颜色影响小的产品。The reason of color difference between inner and outer layers of cotton cheese is analyzed. The adsorption uniformity of fixing agent and organic silicone oil are quantitative analyzed by instrument. It points out that the long chain paraffin wax modified by organic silicone has the defects of uneven ad- sorption, great color change and low melting point. This is the reason of color difference between inner and outer layers of cotton cheese. According to the production demand, the products with uniform ab- sorption and with little influence on color can be chosen.
