玻璃钢化粪池产品质量与标准的研究分析——以山东省为例

摘　　要：为了解山东省市场上玻璃钢化粪池产品质量状况,本研究采取随机抽样的方法对11家公司的化粪池产品进行抽样,依据相关国家、行业标准规定的方法,对影响化粪池质量的理化性能、整体性能等关键指标进行检测,并将检测结果与CJ/T409《玻璃钢化粪池技术要求》、DB37/T 2792《一体式三格化粪池》中的要求进行对比分析。结果显示拉伸强度、弯曲强度和巴氏硬度分别高于DB37/T 2792标准值15.7%、6.6%和13.5%,理化性能指标合格率为90.9%、整体性能合格率为92.7%,从抽样结果来看,山东省市场上流通的玻璃钢化粪池产品质量整体水平较好,但仍有进一步提升的空间。In order to have a preliminary understanding of the quality status of glass fiber reinforced plastics （FRP） septic tank, this paper uses random samples of eleven companies, takes reference of the related national and industrial standards to detect the key indicators such as the physicochemical properties and overall performance which can effect the quality of the septic tank, and compares the result with the requirements in the standards such as C J/T409 and DB37/T 2792. The result shows that the tensile strength, bending strength and barcol hardness are higher than the standard values 15.7%, 6.6% and 13.5% in DB37/T2792 respectively, the average qualification rate of physicochemical properties is 90.9%, and the overall performance is 92.7%. Based on the result, the quality status of FRP septic tank on the market of Shandong province is very good with further improvement space.
