摘 要:农户兼业经营有着深刻的劳动力配置原理,这些原理包括劳动力数量配置原理、劳动力质量配置原理和劳动力灵活配置原理。农户兼业的劳动力数量配置原理是指只有其分配到农业领域与非农业领域的劳动量的比例使其在两方面的劳动的边际收益率相等时,家庭的收益最大;农户兼业的劳动力质量配置原理是指家庭成员根据各自的从业优势被分配到相应的产业从而最大限度地实现自己的价值、增加家庭的收入;农户兼业的劳动力灵活配置原理是指家庭内在不同产业中的劳动力,根据季节的变化,依据边际产出最大化原则,在农业和非农产业之间来回移动的劳动力配给规律。目前我国农户普遍兼业正是这些原理驱动所致。减弱农户兼业,扩大农地规模经营的政策必须尊重这一原理而制定。There is an profound labor force allocation principle of peasants' concurrent business,which includes labor force number allocation principle,quality allocation principle,and flexible allocation principle.The number allocation principle is that the earning of the family can get the maxim when the marginal earning of both the agricultural and non-agricultural fields are equal.The quality allocation principle is that according to their own advantages to distribute to relative fields which can completely realize their value and increase family earning.And the flexible allocation principle is that the labor force of families distributed in different industries traverse between the agricultural and non-agricultural fields according to the seasonal change and the maximization of marginal output.At present,the prevail concurrent business is mainly driven by this principle.The policy which is made to decrease peasants' concurrent business and enlarge the management scale should respect the principle.
