摘  要:多孔有机聚合物(Porous Organic Polymers,POPs)是近些年来发展迅速的新兴材料,是高分子学科领域中最受关注的研究热点之一。基于其化学合成的多样性和可设计性,不同的功能单元可以通过预先的结构设计或是功能化后修饰等策略,使其具备在多个领域应用的功能和性质。由于其展现的较大应用潜力和发展前景,POPs材料也开始吸引了越来越多的研究兴趣将其应用于生物医用领域。本文重点展示了POPs基材料在药物输送、光疗、酶固定、病理诊断和免疫分析、生物传感和成像等生物医用方面的最新成果,同时也对其今后的挑战和发展进行了讨论和评述。Porous Organic Polymers (POPs) are emerging porous materials that have been developed rapidly over recent years, and have been one of the most concerned subjects in the field of polymer science. Given the versatile and tailor-made chemistry, a variety of functional units can be introduced into porous organic polymer materials through the structural predesign or post-modification to render POPs the specific functions for multiple applications. As they have shown the great potential and prospective future, POPs have also evoked increasing interest and desire of exploration in the biomedical field. This article gives a survey of the latest progress in use of POPs for drug delivery, phototherapy, enzyme immobilization, pathology diagnostics and immunoassays, biosensing, and bioimaging. Afterwards, the current challenges and development of researches are discussed as a conclusion to the mini review.
