孤岛采场矸石膏体充填覆岩空间结构演化规律研究

摘　　要：为了研究孤岛充填采场覆岩空间结构和矿压显现特征,以岱庄煤矿2351工作面为工程背景,采用相似模拟实验研究了采动工况下的充填效应。结果表明,覆岩下沉曲线符合正态函数分布,充填采场覆岩只有裂隙带和弯曲下沉带,离层演化经历未发育区、扩展区和闭合区3个阶段;采动应力整体分布由"V"型分布向"U"型分布转化,分为应力恢复区、卸压区和应力集中区,空区上方测点采动前后所受应力呈"Z"型变化,最大应力集中系数为1.84;充填体显著抑制覆岩的运动,随着工作面的推进,覆岩空间结构由梁式结构向裂隙拱结构和多层拱结构演化。研究结果可为矿压的高效控制提供理论基础。To study the spatial structure evolution and strata behavior of the overlying strata, taking the 2351 working face of Daizhuang Coal Mine as the engineering background, the filling effect under mining conditions is studied by similar simulation experiment. The results show that settlement curve of the overlying strata accords with the normal function distribution, and there are only fissure zone and bent subsidence zone in overlying strata of the filling stope. Evolution of the strata undergoes three stages： the undeveloped area, the extended area and the closed zone. The distribution of the stress changes from V- type to U- type, which is divided into stress recovery zone, pressure relief zone and stress concentration area. The evolution shape of overburden stress is Z, and the maximum stress concentration factor is 1.84. Filling body has a significant effect on the movement of overlying strata, with advance of the working face, the structure of the overburden evolved from beam structure to fissure arch structure and multi-story arch structure. The study can provide theoretical basis for the efficient control of the ground pressure.
