摘 要:为了研究振动床面振动参数对物料质量流率的影响以及抛掷强度对颗粒群速度分层的影响,通过EDEM软件对振动床面的振动参数进行模拟分析。结果表明,物料的质量流率与振幅、频率均呈近似线性关系,与振动方向角呈非线性关系,且振幅、振动方向角和频率对物料质量流率的影响程度逐渐减小。颗粒群的速度沿高度方向呈梯度分布并且随抛掷强度的增大而增大,越靠近床面物料的返混区域受抛掷强度的影响越明显。In order to study the effect of vibration parameters of vibratory bed surface on mass flow rate of material and the effect of throwing strength on the particles velocity layering, EDEM software is applied to simulate and analyze the influence of amplitude, frequency and vibrating direction angle on the bed particles and the average speed of throwing strength on particle speed stratification. The results show that the mass flow rate of the material is approximately linear with the amplitude and frequency, and has a nonlinear relationship with the vibration direction angle, and the influence of amplitude, vibration direction angle and frequency on material mass flow rate decreases. The velocity of particle group is distributed in a gradient along the height direction, and increases with the increase of throwing strength. The influence of the throwing strength is more obvious when the material is closer to the bed.
