摘  要:为研究煤化程度对煤样热解焦油组成特性的影响,采用热分析装置对不同变质程度煤样进行热解实验。在此基础上,采用气相色谱质谱联用分析仪(GC-MS),研究了煤样热解焦油的组成特性。结果表明:随着煤样煤化程度增大,焦油中重质组分含量(沸点>360℃)逐渐降低,而烟煤S热解焦油中轻油(<170℃)、酚油和萘油(170~230℃)、洗油(230~300℃)含量略高于褐煤NM和烟煤XJ、HL。四种煤样热解焦油中含有2个和3个苯环结构的芳香化合物含量较含有1个苯环的芳香化合物含量低,且随着煤样中碳含量而逐渐增大。In order to investigate the effect of coalification degree on tar composition characteristics of coal sample pyrolysis, pyrolysis experiments of coal samples were carried out with a thermal analysis device. On this basis, the composition characteristics of pyrolysis tar were studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Research results show that the heavy component content in tar ( boiling point 〉360℃ ) gradually decreases with the increase of coal rank, while the light oil ( 〈 170℃ ), phenol oil and naphthalene oil ( 170- 230℃) and wash oil ( 230 - 300% ) in tar produced by bituminous coal S is slightly higher than that of lignite NM and bituminous coal XJ and HL. The content of aromatic compounds in pyrolysis tar containing 2 and 3 benzene ring structures is lower than that of aromatic compounds containing 1 benzene ring, and gradually increases with the carbon content in coal samples.
