摘 要:电力变压器铁心中存在剩磁时,将加速铁心的磁化饱和,导致空载合闸时励磁涌流过大,严重影响变压器和电网的安全、稳定运行。准确测量剩磁是避免励磁涌流危害电网安全的重要工作。文中主要介绍了现有的几种测量剩磁的方法:经验估计剩磁、基于铁心磁化模型的计算方法、电压积分法、基于励磁涌流的剩磁测量方法和基于漏磁的剩磁测量方法,分析了其工作原理、适用范围、优缺点以及需要解决的问题,并对剩磁测量方法的发展方向进行了展望。The residual magnetism of the power transformer may increase saturation of the iron core, lead to higher transient magnetizing inrush current when transformer is energized under no-load condition and impact the safe and stable operation of power transformer and power network. Accurate measurement of residual magnetism is an important work to avoid the inrush current affects the security of network. This article highlights four measurement method of residual magnetism including empirical estimation method, calculation method based on magnetizing model of core, calculation method based on inrush current and a method to measure residual magnetism thanks to leakage flux. And this paper analyzes the basic principles of various methods, application scope, strengths and weaknesses as well as the problems and development needs to be addressed.
