摘 要:为了寻找SF_6的替代气体,文中对极不均匀电场中的10%~30%CF_3I/CF_4混合气体在不同极间距(5~35 mm)和不同气压(0.1~0.3 MPa)下的工频击穿特性进行了实验研究。结果发现,CF_3I/CF_4混合气体的工频击穿电压随着极间距的增大而近似线性增大,但是其随气压升高和CF_3I体积分数的升高均表现出"驼峰"现象。与SF_6相比,CF_3I/CF_4混合气体的工频耐压水平在它的59%~120%之间。综合考虑,15%~20%CF_3I/CF_4混合气体可以作为SF_6替代气体在合适的电气设备中使用。In order to look for SF6 alternatives, this paper has experimentally researched AC breakdown characteristics of 10%-30%CF3I/CF4 gas mixtures with different electrode gap distances (5-35 mm) and different gas pressures (0.1-0.3 MPa) in condition of extremely non-uniform electric field. The results show that AC breakdown voltage of CF3I/CF4 gas mixtures nearly linearly increases as electrode gap distance increases, but the voltage performs the well- known N shapeas the gas pressures and the ratio of CF3I increase. Compared with SF6, power frequency withstand voltage of CF3I/CF4 gas mixtures is between 59%- 120% of that of SF6. Taking every factor of account, 15%-20% CF3I/ CF4 gas mixtures can be regarded as SF6 alternatives to be applied in some proper electrical apparatus.
