摘 要:文中针对典型高压气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)设备,提出了加热微水循环氮洗处理方法,设计了GIS环境模拟气室,用于模拟真实GIS各类工况,并对仿真分析结果进行实验验证。构建了热流固多物理场耦合的热力学模型,对GIS模拟气室进行了耦合仿真,计算出GIS模拟气室气体温升及流速;利用微水加热氮洗处理系统,对该GIS模拟气室分别进行了不加热与加热的氮洗干燥处理实验对比。结果表明:GIS气室模型设计有效,仿真计算结果与GIS模拟气室检测结果吻合,微水加热氮洗处理效果明显。A kind of heating cycle nitrogen washing method for micro water treatment is proposed aiming at the typical high voltage GIS equipment. An environment simulation equipment of GIS gas chamber is designed to simulate all kinds of working conditions of actual GIS and the experimental verification of the simulation results is made. The thermodynamic model of heat-fluid-solid multi-physics coupling is constructed, the simulation of GIS simulated gas chamber is carried out and the temperature rise along with the flow velocity of the internal gas is calculated. Finally, by using the micro water heating nitrogen washing system, the drying treatment test comparison of non-heating and heating is carried out on the GIS simulation chamber. The results show that the design of GIS gas chamber model is effective, and the simulation results are in good agreement with the results of GIS simulated gas chamber test. The effect of micro water heating nitrogen washing is obvious.
