摘  要:从地处山西省运城市的夹马口引黄泵站的工程实例出发,在含沙水流条件下,以水泵的单方水耗电量为研究对象,通过对含沙水流条件水泵机组的能耗的计算,得出不同含沙水流条件下的水泵机组的单方水耗电量。将含沙水流条件下和清水条件下水泵机组的单方水耗电量进行对比,分析含沙水流对水泵机组的单方水耗电量的影响。通过分析初步制定出泵站的优化节能措施,为运城市夹马口引黄泵站的优化调度与经济运行提供依据。Combined with the engineering project of the Jiamakou Pumping Station in Yuncheng city of Shanxi Province,this paper discussed the power consumption per water volume of pump in silt-laden flow conditions.Through the calculation of the energy consumption of pump unit under silt-laden water flow,this paper concluded different power consumption of water pump units under different sediment concentrations. By comparing the difference in power consumption of pump under clean water and silt-laden flow conditions,the influence of silt-laden flow in pump can be got. Through the above analysis,some measures can be developed for pumping station optimization and energy saving and provide the basis for the optimized dispatching and economical operation of pumping station in Yuncheng City.
