摘　　要：7月9日9点30分,雷军敲响了小米上市的锣声。小米成为港交所IPO政策改革后第一家上市的同股不同权公司。这是雷军以高管身份第二次站在港交所的敲锣大厅。相比上次金山上市,身旁的铜锣更大了,据说这是港交所为了迎接新经济公司特地花30万元在山西定做的。这一次,雷军的身份是小米创始人。在小米之前,雷军已经功成名就,带领金山走向了上市,但是无论是市值还是影响力都相对有限,对自我要求严格的雷军来说,他渴望站在更大的舞台,创造世界级的产品。创立小米,被雷军视为最后一次创业,也因此拼尽全力。After making it through the ups and downs their development, Xiaomi has achieved the rank of one of the top three IPOs in global technology, the other two being Alibaba and Facebook.On July 9 th, at 9:30 am, Lei Jun sounded Xiaomi's listing bells,becoming the first new economy company to go on the market after HKEX's policy reform.Before Xiaomi, Lei Jun had already achieved success and recognition for leading Kingsoft to its listing. However, market value and influence both have their relative limits. The severely self-demanding Lei Jun always dreamed of something bigger —establishing a global brand. Lei Jun sees Xiaomi as his last entrepreneurial endeavor, so he's giving it everything he's got.
