摘 要:本研究对中日两国白色、蓝色、橘黄色、黄色、红色等五种常用颜色颜料105℃条件下挥发物含量、耐水性、耐溶剂性、水溶物含量、水萃取导电率、生漆硬度与光泽等指标进行了测定与对比分析,结果为105℃条件下挥发物含量中日差异较大,白色、蓝色、红色颜料日本高于中国,橘黄色、红色颜料日本低于中国;耐水性、耐溶剂性中日差异不大,都为良好;水溶物含量蓝色颜料中国低于日本,其他4种颜色颜料中国高于日本;水萃取导电率白色、橘黄色、红色颜料中国高于日本,蓝色、黄色颜料中国低于日本;生漆硬度黄色颜料中日相当,其他4种颜料中国高于日本;生漆光泽5种颜料中国都低于日本。Currently,there are differences in the pigments used in the refined lacquer between China and Japan because of the differences in production areas and production techniques of the refined lacquer.This paper outlined the comparative results of the five pigments used in the refined lacquer.Through experiments,some indexes of pigment under the condition of 105℃including volatile,water resistance,solvent resistance,water extraction conductivity and water soluble pigment content(cold extraction)were assessed.The results showed that there are significant differences in the content of volatile matter,water solubility of the white and red pigment in China and Japan,as well as the conductivity of Chinese red pigment in water extraction.
