基于“调枢通胃”理论探讨消化道出血的中医治则

摘　　要：以"调枢通胃"理论为指导,结合现代临床研究,对消化道出血的中医发病机制进行全新的分析和总结,提出补脾气、调脏腑之枢,和少阳、调开阖之枢,调神健脑、清神明之枢,扶正攻邪、调枢通胃的治疗原则。在消化道出血的治疗中,重视"调枢通胃"理论的运用,在止血的同时注意调节脾胃升降,临床可收良效。Guided by theory of ＂balancing digestive functions by regulating pivot＂,we investigated and summarized the pathogenesis theories of gastrointestinal bleeding in traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） based on modern clinical research,and the treatment principles were summarized as follows： tonifying the spleen Qi to regulate the pivot of zang-fu,harmonizing Shaoyang to regulate opening and closing,cultivating spirit and fortifying the brain to clear the spirit and blighting the mind,reinforcing the health Qi to eliminate the pathogenic factors,and balancing digestive functions by regulating pivot. In the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding,the use of＂balancing digestive functions by regulating pivot＂was emphasized. When stopping the bleeding,attention should also be paid to regulating the descending and ascending of spleen and stomach Qi in treating gastrointestinal bleeding,and then good effects could be achieved.
