摘　　要：文章总结了师彬教授应用三维平衡正脊技术联合散刺法治疗枕大神经卡压综合征的经验。首先分析了枕大神经卡压综合征的病因病机,认为筋伤和骨错缝是本病的基本病机,其次介绍了本病的治疗原则及方法,并附予医案以验证。总之此种治疗方法,安全可靠,疗效显著,值得推广。In this paper, we summarize the experience of using three-dimensional balancing method to treat the compression syndrome of occipital nerve. First analyzed the occipital nerve viega profi-press syndrome pathogenesis, think muscle injury and bone break is the basic pathogenesis of this disease, secondly introduces the three-dimensional balance method is ridge technolo- gy joint loose thorn treatment principles and methods, and attch to the basis to verify. In summary, this treatment is safe and reli- able, and has a significiant effect.
