热敏灸八髎穴联合十七椎穴位埋线治疗老年慢性腰肌劳损的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察热敏灸八髎穴联合十七椎穴位埋线治疗老年慢性腰肌劳损的治疗疗效。方法:选取我院就诊的65周岁以上LMS患者100例,根据随机数表将患者分为对照组与热敏灸组,每组50例。对照组患者采用给予常规护理和康复训练,热敏灸组患者采用热敏灸八髎穴联合十七椎穴位埋线。比较两组患者VAS评分及治疗疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者疼痛VAS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义,且热敏灸组患者VAS评分的变化幅度明显大于对照组,热敏灸组临床治疗总有效率(治愈+好转)高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:热敏灸配合穴位埋线起到协同干预作用,缓解患者疼痛症状,且该联合疗法操作简单、患者舒适度高,治疗依从性良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of heat sensitive moxibustion at Baitiao point combined with17vertebra acupoint embedding on chronic lumbar muscle strain in the elderly. Methods： 100patients over 65years old were se- lected from our hospital. According to the random number table, the patients were divided into controlled group and heat-sensi- tive moxibustion group with 50cases in each group. The patients in the controlled group were given routine nursing and rehabilita- tion training. The patients in the heat sensitive moxibustion group were treated with heat sensitive moxibustion at Bailiao combined with 17vertebrae catgut embedding. The VAS score and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results ： After treat- ment, the VAS score of pain in both groups was lower than that before treatment （P〈0. 05 ）, and the change of VAS score in heat sensitive moxibustion group was significantly larger than that in the controlled group. The total effective rate in the heat sensitive moxibustion group was higher than that of the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Thermosensitive moxibustion combined with catgut embedding at acupoint plays a synergistic effect on relieving in the patients with LMS, and the combined therapy is easy to operate and has a high degree of comfort. The treatment is worthy of clinical application.
