基于DEA方法的企业孵化器运行效率评价研究——以广东省为例

摘　　要：利用DEA对广东省245个企业孵化器的运行效率展开研究。结果表明,纯技术效率偏低是影响广东省企业孵化器效率提升的首要原因;在4个重点城市中企业孵化器运行效率排序依次为深圳、广州、东莞、佛山;民营性质的企业孵化器的运行效率明显低于国有企业性质和事业单位性质的孵化器;非国家级孵化器运行效率则明显低于国家级孵化器。最后提出进一步加快提升广东省企业孵化器发展水平的建议。In this paper, data envelopment analysis （DEA） is used to research the operation efficiency of 245 business incubators in Guangdong Province. The results show that the low pure technical efficiency of is the main reason affecting the efficiency of Guangdong business incubator; In the four key cities, Shenzhen ranks first in the operation efficiency of business incubators followed by Guangzhou, Dongguan and Foshan; The operation efficiency of private business incubator is obviously lower than the nature of state-owned enterprise and the nature of public institution; The operation efficiency of non state incubator is obviously lower than that of national incubator. Finally, suggestions are given to further promote the development of business incubators in Guangdong Province.
