摘　　要：进口LNG在中国能源供应体系中扮演越来越重要的角色,因此其能否稳定供应将对中国能源安全有着重要的影响。当前,中国进口LNG仍存在一些问题,诸如LNG接收站和储罐投资较高、调峰LNG不能顺价销售、购买LNG现货用于冬季调峰可能面临价格风险和潜在供应风险。建议国家统筹资源进口、打造自有LNG船队、培养一流LNG资源供应组合商及建立LNG人才团队。The stable supply of LNG imports has an important impact on China＇s energy security since it has played more and more significant role in China＇s energy supply systems. However, there are still such problems with China＇s LNG imports as high investment in LNG receiving stations ＆ storage tanks, inability of imported LNG selling at favorable prices, and price risk ＆ potential supply risk of importing spot LNG for winter peak-shaving. This article suggests that China makes overall plan importing LNG resources, builds the own LNG fleet, cultivates first-rate LNG resource supply portfolio, and establishes LNG talent teams.
