摘　　要：2017年,我国天然气新增探明地质储量9312.59亿立方米;天然气产量为1487亿立方米,比上年增长8.5%;全年共进口天然气920亿立方米,比上年增长27.6%;天然气表观消费量2373亿立方米,增量首次突破300亿立方米,增速重新攀升至两位数,达到15.3%;新增天然气长输管道里程约2941千米,区域联通能力继续增强,沿海LNG接收站项目稳步推进。2017年,《关于深化石油天然气体制改革的若干意见》出台,天然气体制改革顶层设计方案初定;"气荒"席卷全国,成为采暖季标签;油气矿业权制度改革加速推进,招标拍卖挂牌成为矿业权出让的主要方式;价格改革深入推进,"管住中间"延伸至配气环节。2018年,天然气消费将继续保持快速增长;不同运营主体间管道互联互通仍是关注重点;季节性矛盾依旧突出,能否避免"气荒"考验各方实力;干线管道独立能否实质性推进万众瞩目。In 2017, China＇s new geological reserve of natural gas was 931.259 billion cubic meters. Natural gas production was 148.7 billion cubic meters, a year-on-year growth of 8.5 percent. The annual natural gas imports were 92 billion cubic meters, a year-on-year growth of 27.6 percent. Apparent consumption of natural gas was 237.3 billion cubic meters, which increment broke through 30 billion cubic meters, with a year-on-year growth of 15.3 percent. New natural gas pipeline mileage was about 2941 kilometers in 2017. Regional connectivity continued to strengthen, and the coastal LNG receiving station project was steadily advanced. ＂Ideas about oil and gas system reform＂ was introduced in 2017, which initially decided the top-level design plan for the reform of natural gas system. ＂Gas shortage＂ happened in China and became the label in the heating season. The reform of oil, gas and mineral fights system is accelerating, bidding auction listing became the main way to transfer mining fights. Price reform is accelerated, ＂control the pipeline＂ extended to the distribution link. In 2018, natural gas growth will continue to grow rapidly. Pipeline connectivity between different operating entities remains a key concern. Seasonal tensions remain acute, it will test the strength of all parties to whether avoid ＂gas shortage＂ or not; whether the independence of the main pipeline can be substantially advanced has attracted much attention.
