摘　　要：主要讲述大泵泵轮的装配焊接、加工及平衡工艺技术研究,介绍泵轮主要部件上冠、下环加工控制的过程、泵轮装焊过程中的控制关键点、加工中出现的技术难题及处理方法。为保证泵轮制造精度,采取工艺改进技术措施,进而保证泵轮的静平衡精度。This paper mainly describes the assembly, welding, machining and balancing technologies of large pump impeller, and introduces the machining control process of main parts of pump impeller such as upper crown and bottom hand, the key control points of assembly and welding, and the technology troubles and handling methods occuned in machining process. In order to ensure the machining precision of the pump impeller, the improved technology measures are adopted, thus the static balancing accuracy of pump impeller is ensured.
