摘 要:庆大霉素为临床上广泛应用的抗细菌性感染的氨基糖苷类抗生素。庆大霉素治疗后,约10%~25%的患者出现肾功能异常,甚至急性肾损伤症状。关于庆大霉素的肾毒性的机制研究主要集中在其可以引发肾小管上皮细胞发生氧化应激、炎性浸润、细胞凋亡信号通路激活以及激发自噬信号引起非正常自噬现象导致细胞损伤等方面。了解庆大霉素诱导的急性肾损伤机制,寻求减轻庆大霉素副作用的途径及天然药物有效成分,可更好的发挥庆大霉素的临床作用,并为肾损伤的治疗提供依据。Gentamicin is a widely used aminoglycoside antibiotic. After the treatment with gentamicin, about 10%-25% of patients may have renal dysfunctions, or even the symptoms of acute kidney injury. Then ephrotoxic mechanism study of gentamicin mainly focused on oxidative stress, inflammatory infiltration, apoptosis, and autophagy in renal tubular epithelial ceils. To understand the mechanism of gentamicin-induced acute kidney injury, and then to find methods which can improve the clinical application of gentamicin will provide foundational evidences for better treatment of kidney injury.
